Comprehensive Childbirth Education Workshop

Please note: There are multiple childbirth education options available in our community, and some doulas, providers, and hospitals include classes as part of their services.
Before registering for this workshop, it is your responsibility to review what education opportunities are available to you, particularly if you are working with a doula or care provider who may offer childbirth education within their package. This will help you make an informed decision about whether this workshop is the right fit for your needs. Registering and later discovering that childbirth education is included in your doula’s services does not qualify for a refund. Registration reserves your space in the workshop, and all registrations are non-refundable.
You will receive a detailed workbook to utilize during the workshop and will take it home for reference and homework exercises after the course!
*If in the event Shannon is attending a birth on the scheduled workshop date, the FOLLOWING Saturday will be the back-up date for rescheduling the workshop. You will be notified through email and text by 6:30 a.m. on the workshop day. If the following Saturday is a conflict for you, your registration can be moved to another date by contacting Shannon.

Labor Essentials Workshop
Three Hours. One Empowering Refresher.

Perfect for experienced parents, those with limited time, or anyone seeking concise childbirth prep.
This workshop covers the essentials of childbirth, understanding of labor, and emphasizes hands-on comfort techniques.
Already familiar with the birthing process? This 3-hour workshop is designed to refresh your knowledge, boost your confidence, and focus on what matters most this time around. Whether it’s been a few years since your last birth or you’re looking for a quick crash course, Shannon’s got you covered.
Workshops are offered to couples in group settings.
Comprehensive Childbirth Education Workshop is offered as a one day intensive equaling 7.5 instructional hours (9am-5:30pm with an hour for lunch).
Labor Essentials Workshop is offered quarterly throughout the year (February, May, August, November) equaling 3 instructional hours. Click on the “Get Registered” button to see times and dates offered.
*All sales for Childbirth Education Workshops are final. No refunds given for cancellations or no-shows on day of event. If an emergency or unforeseen circumstance arises, you will be able to transfer your class registration to a future date.
